The Clinic - at Our Savior Lutheran School is located in the school office.  If a student is feeling sick during the day, he/she needs to obtain a pass from his/her teacher in order to report to the clinic.  While in the clinic, the student will be given the opportunity to have the office call their parent or guardian so that someone can sign the student out of school early.  

Health - It is imperative that all students have an up-to-date emergency contact card on file in the school office.  If at any time through the school year a student's parent/guardian contact information changes, the parent/guardian must come to the school office to update the card.
