Rev. Edwin J. Nicklas
has been the Senior Pastor of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Plantation
since September 2001. He is a graduate of Christ Seminary in St. Louis,
Missouri where he received a Master of Divinity degree. Pastor Nicklas has
been in ministry since 1976. He served congregations in Bowie,
Maryland and Virginia Beach, Virginia before coming to Our Savior.

Mrs. Nancy Volz is the Executive
Director of Parish Ministries. On staff since January 2000, she is
the Business Administrator and Board Liaison. Mrs. Volz is also involved
in the music program as director of the Adult Handbell and Children’s
Treblemaker Choirs as well as part-time organist. |

Mrs. Jan Withers,
Parish Administrative Assistant, has been on staff since 1986. After
teaching four-year-olds in the Early Childhood Program for eleven years,
she assumed her administrative position in 1997. Some of her
responsibilities include membership, the “Voice of Our Savior” (parish
newsletter) and weekly bulletins with News & Notes, as well as
scheduling baptisms and weddings. |

Mrs. Jane Nicklas,
Elementary Principal and Fourth Grade Teacher, has experience in
education since 1981. Mrs. Nicklas is a certified teacher,
Pre-kindergarten through Middle School with a Masters degree in
education. She is involved in the church’s music ministry and has
previously served as Outreach chairperson and Sunday School
Superintendent. |

Miss Heather Scranton
is the Director of Christian Education. |

Mrs. Cathy May
is the Office Administrator for the Elementary School. On staff
since 1998, she has over twenty years of experience in office work and
bookkeeping. |

Donna Swift is the Extended Care Supervisor. |

Mrs. Gwen Wurster
is the Administrative Assistant for the Elementary School. |
